You can go to pcgs.com/prices and scroll down to the proof and mint set section. Prices on PCGS are usually on the high side but you can get a feel for current prices.
I do believe so. Most of the time proof coins go up in value more than regular uncirculated ones. Proof state quarters from 1999 have gone up in value.So yes I do believe the set's value will go up in in the future.I hope this helps answer your quest...
